Graduates

Erika Pittman
Erika graduated from Wayne State University where she received a degree in Biological Science. As an undergraduate, she worked in the campus physiology research lab and had an opportunity to study abroad in Italy. Since graduating, she has been working with young children as an assistant in a preschool classroom. Erika volunteers with Crisis Text Line and CARE House of Oakland County, an organization working with child abuse survivors. She is interested in reaching out to underserved populations to improve their trust and representation in the genetics field.
